The Teaching Staff :

The SUN Academy enjoys the services of a dedicated team of qualified
and experience teachers, selected through an extensive process of
screening and evaluation; to ensure that they are well-suited to cope
with the challenges and demands of their job. All the hiring is done on
merit. An experienced British educationist will supervise the faculty of
Sun Academy.

In-House Teacher’s Training Program:

We make sure the teachers we hire possess an inbound love and
affection for children. In addition, our teachers undergo a regular inhouse
training and instructional programme. These workshops and
programs keep them updated with the latest technological advances
in the field of education from around the world.

Teachers will strictly adhere to the syllabus and will be required to plan
a week in advance; their weekly teaching schedule via a weekly diary
(comprising of a lesson planner) will be submitted to the Head of
Faculty. This will keep the Administrator abreast regarding the daily
schedules of each faculty member.

The aim of In-house training program is to ensure that a faculty’s role
is just not that of a teacher, but a guiding light for their pupils in
multiple walks of life.
