The SUN Academy endeavors to improve the education scenario of Pakistan by taking many concrete steps. Some of them are:

Development of a strong pool of qualified, trained and dedicated educators    who will build confidence and self-esteem in the student through education    and co- curricular activities.
Health and fitness programs to nurture a healthy lifestyle amongst     students.

State-of-the-art premises& facilities:

The SUN Academy is spread over 4 acres of land, generously donated
by the City District Government of Karachi (C.D.G.K.) which has greatly
helped us in carrying out renovations and modernization of the building.
The school is situated in the center of the city, near UBL Sports Complex,
and is well equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Some of the amenities
are as follows:

Spacious class rooms:

Spacious, well-ventilated and bright class rooms having prepared
environment, motivating and contusive for learning.

Computer Laboratory:

An updated Computer Lab will be made available to the students in the
near future. This lab will be equipped with latest computers, Internet
surfing facilities and qualified instructors for introducing computer usage
to the students.

Science Laboratory:

A spacious and ventilated Science Lab will be made available to the
pupils in the near future. It will be equipped with necessary scientific
apparatus for conducting practical experiments for enhanced scientific
learning.

Activity Room:

The facilities at SUN Academy also include an Activity Room with a motivating learning environment. The Activity Room has an audio-visual facility along with drawing and painting facilitates. It also provides students with other fringe benefits like role playing, including E.P.L. exercises to make the process of learning interesting and fun for them.

Physical Education:

Physical Education at the SUN Academy encompasses a whole set of
outdoor activities for its students. These activities are aimed at developing exceptional physical and gross motor skills. The activities will also augment their problem solving and team working skils. Children will be made to work individually as well as in groups on many fun-filled outdoor assignments; an interesting example of one such activity includes a sand area, where children will learn clay modeling.

Taekwondo Instruction:

Physical education also includes lessons in the Korean martial arts of
Taekwondo, by a certified instructor, ensuring the necessary balance in
academics and co- curricular activities.

Music Room:

The Music room will allow students to increase their musical proficiency
with regards to performing, listening and composing music. This room,
having all kinds of musical instruments, will provide students an excellent
opportunity to enhance their musical acumen.

Library and Reading Corners:

The well-stocked library has a large collection of books, reading material
and audio-visual tools. Each classroom also has its individual reading
corners as well to inculcate reading habits among the students.

Health Services:

A well equipped sickbay is available for students. A doctor will be engaged
on periodic basis for the health checkup of students. Health services for
SUN Academy also include a free medical check-up for the students at the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital along with a dental checkup at Karachi Medical and Dental College (K.M.D.C).

Health/ Nutrition Facilities:

Since health is directly related to good nutrition, the SUN Academy will also provide a nutritional snack each day for every student. This snack will include milk, fruit and juices.

Special Needs:

SUN Academy also caters to the requirements of children with special
physical needs. Such facilities include wheelchair ramps, bathrooms and
parking facilities.

Transport Facilities:

SUN Academy will provide free transport via its fleet of ten vehicles which will pick and drop the faculty and students everyday on time.
